Hudson Williams is bringing serious main-character energy to Peloton’s newest campaign!

The actor stars in the brand’s expanded “Let Yourself Go” platform, a cinematic spot that pairs him with Peloton instructors Tunde Oyeneyin and Adrian Williams in a glossy celebration of movement, freedom, and feeling good in your body.

Rather than treating exercise like a checklist, the campaign flips the idea of “letting yourself go” into something empowering. Set to David Bowie’s “Fame” and directed by Bethany Vargas, the film turns a workout into a full-on performance piece, with Hudson moving from the Tread+ to strength training and dance-driven choreography in a way that feels equal parts athletic and theatrical.

What makes the campaign stand out is how intentionally it leans into joy instead of pressure. Peloton is clearly trying to reposition movement as a release, not an obligation, and Hudson fits that message well. He says movement helps him shake off stress and get out of sticky feelings, whether that means dancing or working out, and that energy comes through in the campaign’s whole vibe.

Tunde Oyeneyin also brings her signature passion to the project, describing the collaboration as a celebration of boldness, self-love, and showing up with intention. With Hudson and Tunde both leaning into confidence and play, the campaign feels more like a lifestyle moment than a standard fitness ad.

The rollout also highlights Peloton’s broader range of workouts through a flexible “Let Yourself” concept: from run and lift to push, fail, try, and go, reinforcing the idea that members can move in whatever way feels right to them. It’s a smart and creative move, especially with the campaign launching across TV, streaming, digital, and out-of-home placements in the U.S. and Canada.

For Hudson, it’s a sleek new spotlight moment. For Peloton, it’s another attempt to make fitness feel cultural, stylish, and a little more human.
