All I can say about this woman is, YAS BITCH!
Kourtney Kardashian is no stranger to the health world, she’s a literal genius when it comes to it. Her sister, Khloé, took to her app and reveled her exact summer diet and it’s actually not that hard.
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and even snacks were all talked about- so you can follow it exactly if you want that hot Kourt bod! Take a peek below (credit to Khloé’s official site + app) and read all about Kourt’s diet.
BREAKFAST
I don’t eat anything before my workout in the morning, but right after, I always drink a smoothie for breakfast. I usually do my avocado pudding with added supplements, like organic protein powder, E3Live blue-green algae and MCT oil.
LUNCH
I usually make a really simple dish with one avocado, one tomato, two hard-boiled eggs and half a cucumber—all chopped and mixed together. I make my own salad dressing because homemade is always best. These days, I just use organic olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a little sea salt and ground pepper.
SNACKS
If I eat between meals, I love fresh watermelon and also veggies with homemade avocado hummus. I stock Hippeas chips made with chickpeas and crunchy snap peasin my pantry, for when I’m craving something salty. I also drink lots of water throughout the entire day, as well as one hot green tea per day. In the afternoon, I make a shake with raw almond butter, almond milk, strawberries, blueberries, honey, bone broth protein powder and ice. This shake is a good source of protein and is especially important when I’m building muscle in my workouts.
DINNER
For dinner, I make grilled veggies like asparagus, carrots or sweet potatoes as a side dish along with some protein. Sometimes we’ll make grilled salmon—a great source of protein and omega fatty acids—but we mix it up and do grilled chicken, chicken wings, sole, etc. For me, the key for dinner is to always have really delicious veggies with the main dish.
DESSERT
I usually have a sweet tooth after dinner, so I let myself have something sweet. These days, I’ll have a scoop of So Delicious mint chocolate chip ice cream made with coconut milk.
DINING OUT
Of course, I do love to eat out and this is the time when I am not strict with gluten and dairy. I try to make sure to keep some gluten and dairy in my diet so that my body is used to it a bit—especially when I travel, as it’s too hard to keep a super strict no-gluten and no-dairy diet.
