Liz McGraw is officially in the running for Quote of the Year at Page Six’s 2026 Virtual Reali-Tea Awards, earning a nomination for the unforgettable line: “You were nev-ah homeless.”
The quote quickly became one of reality TV’s most talked-about moments of the year coming from the Real Housewives of Rhode Island. Whether viewers loved it, hated it or couldn’t stop replaying it, one thing is clear: Liz said what she said.
The Virtual Reali-Tea Awards celebrate the year’s most jaw-dropping, binge-worthy and conversation-starting reality TV moments. McGraw’s quote is nominated alongside other viral soundbites, including Maura Higgins’ “I tink…,” Melanie Moreno’s “Gimme 10,” and Rosie Woods DiMare’s “You’re a f—ing slam pig.”

Winners will be announced live on October 6th at Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea Awards event at the Edison Ballroom in New York City. The evening will be hosted by Danny Murphy and Evan Real, with reality TV favorites expected to gather for a night celebrating the biggest moments of the year.
The event will also honor the stars of E!’s The Golden Life Luann de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, Ramona Singer, Dorinda Medley and Kelly Bensimon with the Golden Kettle Lifetime Achievement Award.
