Some things just feel right, and seeing Hilary Duff back on stage for the first time since 2008 is definitely one of them.
The pop icon recently invited Access Hollywood behind the scenes of Night 2 of her Lucky Me World Tour, giving fans an intimate look at life on the road as she returns to music after nearly two decades away from touring.
During the special, Hilary sat down with Access Hollywood correspondent Emily Orozco to discuss what it’s been like stepping back onto the stage as a married mom of four.
Honestly? It feels like a full-circle moment. For so many of us, Hilary’s music soundtracked our childhoods and teenage years. Now, she’s entering this new chapter of her career with an entirely different perspective: one shaped by marriage, motherhood, and years of life experience.
And it sounds like the musical bug may already be rubbing off on the next generation. Hilary revealed that one of her daughters is already showing signs of following in her mom’s musical footsteps, which is honestly adorable and something I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on.
The Lucky Me World Tour officially kicked off on June 22nd at the iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, Florida, before heading to Tampa’s MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre, where the Access Hollywood segment was filmed.
Beyond the music, fans also got a glimpse at some of Hilary’s favorite tour looks and her partnership with Aperol, which has become one of the tour’s most exciting additions.
Throughout the tour, Aperol will host Aperol Spritz Day Club pre-show experiences in select cities, venues, bars, and restaurants. The events are designed to bring fans together before the concerts and celebrate connection, good vibes, and the iconic Aperol Spritz lifestyle.
Honestly? A Hilary Duff concert and an Aperol Spritz sounds like a pretty perfect evening to me. The Lucky Me World Tour is shaping up to be a massive global affair, spanning seven countries and taking Hilary across the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand through February 2027.
It’s been a long time coming, but seeing Hilary embrace music again (and doing it entirely on her own terms) feels incredibly special. The stage has missed her, and judging by the reaction from fans so far, they’ve missed her too.
