Get ready, because Raven-Symoné and Miranda Maday are officially taking over!
WOW Presents Plus announced this week that the couple has entered into a brand-new creative partnership with the streamer, which includes an upcoming original series developed and starring the duo.
The new project promises to bring a uniquely lesbian point of view to the platform’s programming, and honestly? We love to see it. To kick off this exciting new chapter, Raven and Miranda will take the reins of WOW Presents Plus for an exclusive, week-long programming takeover beginning on Monday, June 29th!
Throughout the week, the couple will pop up across some of the streamer’s biggest original series, introducing viewers to their infectious chemistry, hilarious banter, and undeniable love for one another. The standalone episodes will premiere exclusively on WOW Presents Plus and the WOW Presents YouTube channel.
“Strap in—the lesbians are taking over!” the couple said in a statement. “As longtime fans of World of Wonder, we are thrilled to collaborate with WOW Presents Plus. Lesbian visibility in media is vital, and being able to bring our authentic selves and our love to these incredible shows is such a fun way to celebrate our community.”
Honestly, that kind of representation matters. Over the years, Raven-Symoné has become a beloved figure to multiple generations of fans, from her days on That’s So Raven to her continued work as an actress, producer, and advocate. Seeing her and Miranda step into this new space together feels both exciting and long overdue.
The takeover itself sounds like an absolute blast. Fans can expect an episode of Couple$ for Ca$h, where the pair will go head-to-head to prove who knows their wife best, along with a special edition of Binge Queens, where they’ll spill behind-the-scenes tea on Raven’s memorable cameo in Stop! That! Train!
The couple will also put their knowledge to the test during a game of Wait, What? and host a special episode of Fashion Photo RuView, where they’ll officially “toot or boot” the looks worn by longtime hosts Raja and Raven while judging the current season of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 11. If this week-long takeover is any indication, it sounds like this partnership is only just getting started.
