The best time of year is coming and Lea Michele will make it even better!
Lea Michele has an exciting 2019 in store for fans herself. The singer and actress will release her first Christmas album this year, and is now gearing up to star in an ABC original movie that will air this holiday season.
While there is no set release date just yet, it’s reported that the film will be released around the same time as Lea’s Christmas album- thank you Santa! Lea will play the role of Olivia Henderson, “a young woman who met her childhood sweetheart during her family’s annual Christmas trip to Hawaii,” Just Jared reports.
Continuing on, “After being separated by distance and time, the two reunite at the same Hawaii resort years later, and the old chemistry between them flares up — but circumstances conspire to keep them apart.”
Speaking on the exciting news, Lea said “This holiday season holds special importance to me as I get to celebrate both my role in this film and my first-ever holiday album.” She continued, “I’m honored to return to ABC with this movie event, and I am excited to share the holidays with everyone.”
