Miley Cyrus is heading back to the stage, and Los Angeles is in for something special!
The Grammy-winning icon is set to take over the iconic Hollywood Bowl for two performances on October 16 and 18, with both shows scheduled to begin at 7:30 PM.
Joining Miley for the two-night event is experimental rock band Model/Actriz, making for an especially interesting pairing as fans prepare to see what the singer has planned.
And if some of the rumored rehearsals are anything to go by, these performances could be a pretty incredible celebration of Miley’s musical journey.
What Can Fans Expect From Miley’s Setlist?
While an official setlist hasn’t been confirmed, a number of songs have been circulating online as reportedly rehearsed for the shows.
Among them are fan favorites like “We Can’t Stop,” “Wrecking Ball,” “The Climb,” “Party in the U.S.A.” and “Flowers,” alongside the emotional “Used to Be Young.”
But it’s some of the other rumored selections that have us especially excited! Songs including “Handstand,” “Karen Don’t Be Sad,” “Jolene,” “Something Beautiful,” “Walk of Fame” and “Innocent Ways” have also been mentioned, suggesting that Miley could be revisiting several different chapters of her career.
There are even rumors of collaborations with Model/Actriz on “Different Religion” and a remix of “Bass Persuades,” along with a possible appearance from Wayne Coyne for “Do You Realize??”
Of course, none of these rumored performances should be considered official until Miley takes the stage, but it’s certainly enough to get fans talking!
A Special Moment For Miley Fans
One of the things that makes Miley such an incredible artist is how much she’s evolved over the years.
From her early pop hits to the rock influences of her later projects and the emotional storytelling of songs like “Used to Be Young,” she’s never been afraid to explore new sounds or express different sides of herself.
And with the Hollywood Bowl serving as the backdrop for these performances, there’s something especially exciting about the possibility of hearing songs from across her catalog in one night.
Whether she surprises fans with unexpected deep cuts, revisits some of her biggest hits or brings out a few special guests, we’re excited to see what she has in store.
Miley performs at the Hollywood Bowl tonight, October 16, and again on Sunday, October 18, with both shows sold out. Here’s to hoping we get some unforgettable performances, a few surprises and maybe even some songs we haven’t heard live in years.
Have the BEST time, Smilers AND Miley! We can’t wait to see what you have planned!
