The 2026 Met Gala gave us plenty of jaw-dropping fashion moments, and now we’re looking back at some of the looks that really stood out on the red carpet.

From dramatic silhouettes to custom couture, this year’s guests understood the assignment and brought the kind of energy that makes Met Monday feel like the biggest night in fashion. Sabrina Carpenter made one of the night’s most talked-about entrances in a custom Dior gown designed by Jonathan Anderson, while Amanda Seyfried looked beyond incredible in custom Prada, styled by Elizabeth Stewart.

Tyla brought major impact in a custom Valentino Haute Couture look designed by Alessandro Michele, and Charli XCX delivered her own sleek moment in a custom Saint Laurent gown by Anthony Vaccarello. Emma Chamberlain also gave a standout fashion girl moment in a custom Mugler gown designed by creative director Miguel Castro Freitas.

The men brought it too! Hudson Williams wore Balenciaga designed by Pierpaolo Piccioli, Connor Storrie stepped out in a custom Saint Laurent look by Anthony Vaccarello, and Tyriq Withers looked sharp in a custom Louis Vuitton look styled by Jason Bolden. It was a strong reminder that when the Met Gala hits, the right tailoring and a great point of view can make just as much noise as a gown.

With Vogue’s video coverage helping bring these looks to life, the whole night felt like one big fashion recap worth revisiting. Now, who do you want to see get ready next year?
