Daniel Seavey is no stranger to making us melt, but he has done it again! While on hiatus with Why Don’t We, Daniel has been keeping busy and working on his solo career. The twenty-three year old heartthrob took to social media to share what he has been working on, and it was definitely worth the wait.

Seavey took to social media last week to share his first single, ‘Bleed On Me.’ The song, which is about Daniel’s mother, can be described as an up-tempo urban direction- not your typical pop star sound, but something greater. “This song is about my Mom. She is the strongest person in my world,” Daniel shared on social media. This year she went through a lot. I would’ve done anything to take even an ounce of her hurt from her,” he said.

The anticipation for more was met instantly. On Wednesday Daniel took to social media once again, but this time with an even bigger surprise; a second single, ‘Halleluiah (Daniel’s Version).‘  “This song has been a friend of mine throughout my whole life, and for that reason it was an absolute honor to record and produce my own version,” Seavey said.

“Alongside some of Leonard Cohen’s original band mates, I’m really enjoying getting to let you all see who I am… with love, I hope you enjoy,” he concluded.

Fans are eager to see what else the superstar has up his sleeve, but in the mean time you can stream both songs, out now.
