Taylor Swift has canceled her 2020 shows, but don’t worry- they are still happening!
On Friday April 17th Taylor Swift took to her official website and social media to announce that all of her appearances and performances would be canceled due to the ongoing health crisis.
The thirty-year-old is encouraging fans to stay health and safe during this time, and says she can’t wait to see fans “on stage as soon as I can.” Taylor will be rescheduling the US and Brazil shows for 2021, but it looks as if the other shows have been canceled indefinitely.
Ticketmaster and Swift are working together to give fans refunds if they desire and will start taking requests starting May 1st. While it’s disappointing these shows won’t be happening until next year, we must all keep ourselves healthy and protected during the pandemic that is taking place.
