Julian Edelman’s highly anticipated documentary is premiering tomorrow on Showtime as the iconic New England Patriots football player takes the world into an exclusive behind the scenes look at his life. Showtime says the documentary is “an intimate behind the scenes look at the three-time Super Bowl Champion during a critical juncture in his life.”
This isn’t the only exciting thing for Julian though. Edelman will now add “production company” to his resume with a joint venture between himself and Showtime. According to Deadline, the Boston-based production company will “mount projects that include a romantic comedy set in the world of pro football, and a pseudo-autobiographical half hour dramedy series they will pitch around town with their ICM Partners reps in July.”
