988 provides 24/7 free, and confidential, support. Call, text, or chat at www.988lifeline.org to be ‘connected to trained crisis counselors who can help people experiencing suicidal, substance use, and/or mental health crisis, or any other kind of emotional distress. People can also dial 988 if they are worried about a loved one who may need crisis support.’

To those who want to get involved, you can also learn about the ‘rare impact fund.’ What is it? “rare impact” was founded by Selena Gomez and her incredible efforts to help as many people in the world as possible; something she has done her whole life.
