Let’s be honest. Relationships are complicated, personal growth isn’t always pretty, and sometimes the conversations we need most are the ones we’re avoiding.

That’s exactly what writer and self-development coach Quinlan Walther is hoping to explore with her brand-new podcast, To Be Honest with Quinlan Walther, officially out now.

From love and relationships to mental health, psychology and navigating life in today’s world, Quinlan is creating a space where curiosity and honesty can take center stage.

The weekly series, produced through Jay Shetty’s Perfect Strangers Media promises a deeper look into the things that make us human.

MORE THAN JUST ANOTHER PODCAST!

If you’ve spent any time on social media, there’s a good chance you’ve come across Quinlan. She’s built a community around conversations that encourage people to think differently about themselves and the world around them.

But To Be Honest is giving her the opportunity to take those discussions even further. Rather than offering quick answers to complicated questions, the show will cover the emotions, experiences and behaviors that shape our everyday lives.

Why do we fall into the same relationship patterns? How can we communicate more effectively? And what does it actually mean to understand ourselves?

These are the kinds of conversations that deserve more than a 60-second video.

SOME FAMILIAR FACES ARE JOINING THE CONVERSATION!

Quinlan isn’t tackling these topics alone either! The podcast kicks off with Jay Shetty as its very first guest, following Quinlan’s appearance on his On Purpose podcast in 2025.

And there’s plenty more to look forward to. Throughout the upcoming season, Quinlan will welcome guests including Jefferson Fisher, Gretchen Rubin, James Sexton, Marc Brackett, Dr. Amir Levine, Rick Hanson and Dr. Peter Fisher.

Together, they’ll explore everything from emotional intelligence and attachment styles to mindfulness, identity, communication and the complexities of modern relationships.

SOMETIMES, HONESTY IS EXACTLY WHAT WE NEED!

What makes this new series particularly exciting is the intention behind it.

In a world where social media often makes it seem like everyone has life figured out, there’s something refreshing about creating a space where people can ask questions, challenge their perspectives and admit they’re still learning. Because the reality is, none of us truly have all the answers.

And whether you’re working through a difficult relationship, trying to better understand your emotions or simply looking for a little reassurance that you’re not alone, sometimes hearing another person’s perspective can make all the difference. That’s the beauty of an honest conversation.

To Be Honest with Quinlan Walther is out NOW with new episodes arriving weekly at 3 AM Eastern on podcast platforms. Video episodes will follow on YouTube at 9 AM EST!

Congratulations to Quinlan and the entire team on this exciting new chapter! We’re looking forward to seeing where these conversations go.
