Well, that didn’t take long! Just yesterday, we were talking about Slayyyter teasing “CRANK 2” as her next release, and now the queen has officially given us a date and time.
“CRANK 2” arrives tomorrow, September 10th, at 10 a.m. ET. The new track follows July’s “BRAND NEW CHANEL$” and continues Slayyyter’s post-WOR$T GIRL IN AMERICA takeover as she simultaneously makes her way around the world on the WOR$T GIRL IN THE WORLD TOUR.
Fans who have already caught Slayyyter on tour may be familiar with “CRANK 2,” as she’s been giving audiences an early taste of the unreleased track during her live shows.
Now, everyone else finally gets their turn.
As the title suggests, “CRANK 2” follows “CRANK,” which appeared on WOR$T GIRL IN AMERICA. The upcoming release is also expected to be part of the additional body of work Slayyyter has been building as a companion, or “brother,” project to the album.
Between a new album, sold-out shows around the world and even more music arriving while she’s literally still on tour, Slayyyter clearly has no plans of slowing down. And neither are we.
She’s teased it, today we got the announcement, and tomorrow? We CRANK! Set those alarms for 10 a.m. ET.
