Lindsay Lohan may be ready to take her glow to the beauty aisle!
The icon is reportedly preparing to enter the celebrity beauty world with Linlo Beauty, according to a July 22nd filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The company is seeking to raise up to $5 million through a private investment offering, another way of saying Lindsay’s beauty plans appear to be getting serious behind the scenes.
While Lindsay hasn’t yet publicly revealed Linlo Beauty’s products, launch date, pricing, or where it will be sold, a trademark application for the brand covers a major range of potential offerings: moisturizers, cleansers, serums, eye creams, masks, sunscreen, makeup, fragrance, hair care, and body care. In other words, this girl could be building a full beauty empire!
The news is not exactly a surprise to longtime Lindsay fans. In her 2025 Elle cover interview, Lohan confirmed she was developing her own beauty line and said she had been testing serums as part of the process. “It’s taking a long time because I’m very specific, because I’m crazy about my skin and health,” she said at the time.
With her film comeback in full swing and an apparent skincare venture on the way, Lindsay Lohan is proving that the 2026 Lohanissance has plenty more in store.
