Move over, water! Charles Melton wants you to grab a glass of milk instead.

The actor is front and center in Gonna Need Milks brand-new Milk Man Hydration Calendar, a playful campaign that leans into internet thirst-trap culture while reminding consumers that dairy milk is a surprisingly effective way to stay hydrated.

“Being the first to star in the Milk Man Hydration Calendar feels pretty iconic,” Charles said in the campaign’s official press release. “If this calendar makes people thirsty, they’re in luck because dairy milk hydrates better than water.”

The shoot was done entirely on film by photographer Camille Summers-Valli. It embraces a nostalgic, retro-inspired aesthetic as Charles poses in a series of cheeky, thirst-trap-worthy shots. The result is equal parts funny, stylish, and undeniably memorable… a creative way to grab the attention of Gen Z while putting milk back into the conversation.

And if it feels like Charles Melton has been everywhere lately, that’s because he has. Fresh off starring in several high-profile projects, the actor recently appeared alongside Anya Taylor-Joy in the music video for The Rolling Stones’ latest single, “Jealous Lover,” adding yet another standout credit to his growing résumé.

Next up, Charles will star in the highly anticipated science fiction horror thriller Her Private Hell, directed by Nicolas Winding Refn and co-starring Sophie Thatcher and Havana Rose Liu. The film is set to arrive on July 24th, giving fans another chance to see one of Hollywood’s fastest-rising stars in a completely different role.

Between blockbuster projects, music video appearances, and now a campaign that’s making milk unexpectedly cool again, it’s clear Charles Melton is having quite the year.

And honestly? If anyone was going to make drinking milk look this good… it was probably going to be Charles Melton.
