Slayyyter took the stage at Gov Ball 2026 in New York City today, and as expected, she delivered a set that felt equal parts explosive, chaotic, and totally in command.
The pop queen has become one of the most thrilling live performers in the game, and fans were quick to let the internet know it, with one attendee posting on X, “just witnessed the performance of the century.”
The set pulled from the full force of her WOR$T GIRL IN AMERICA era, with songs like “DANCE…,” “OLD FLING$,” “YES GODDD,” “CANNIBALISM!,” “OLD TECHNOLOGY,” “CRANK,” “UNKNOWN LOVERZ,” “I’M ACTUALLY KINDA FAMOUS,” “$T. LOSER,” and “BEAT UP CHANEL$” all making the cut.
In true Slayyyter fashion, the show felt slick, cunt, and completely unbothered; the kind of set that reminds everyone why she has such a dedicated fanbase in the first place. And while Gov Ball got the moment fans came for, Slayyyter is clearly already thinking ahead.
She’s been teasing more music from the WOR$T GIRL IN AMERICA era, hinting that a deluxe-style release could be on the way soon. Two song titles have already started making the rounds among fans online: “BRAND NEW CHANEL$” and “CRANK2.” There’s no official word on when those songs might arrive, but if Gov Ball was any indication, the demand is definitely there.
The timing couldn’t be better, either. Slayyyter is set to launch her “WOR$T GIRL IN THE WORLD TOUR” on July 26th in her hometown of St. Louis, Missouri, with three sold-out shows lined up on July 26th, 27th, and 29th.
From there, she’ll head to Australia, then return to North America for two sold-out Los Angeles dates at Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall with Pearly Drops supporting.
The sold-out run continues through Vancouver, South America, Europe, and the U.K., before wrapping on November 5th in London. If today’s Gov Ball set was the preview, the tour is shaping up to be the full-scale payoff. Slayyyter isn’t just riding momentum; she’s building a whole era around it.
