The actress and singer officially released her memoir, This Is Me: A Reckoning, today, May 19th, via Grand Central Publishing. The deeply personal book traces Panettiere’s journey from child star to young adult as she navigates the darker realities of early fame, offering an unfiltered look at both the entertainment industry and her path toward healing.
At the heart of the memoir is the concept of what Panettiere calls “lifequakes,” life-altering moments that shattered her sense of self and forced her to rebuild from the ground up.
