Last night, Charli XCX and Troye Sivan transformed State Farm Arena in Atlanta into a pulsating dance floor for an unforgettable night on their co-headlining SWEAT TOUR. With special guest Shygirl bringing her avant-garde flair, the show was a high-octane celebration of hyperpop, club culture, and pure artistic synergy.

I was fortunate enough to catch the tour earlier in Boston, but Charli’s team kindly provided floor tickets for the Atlanta stop. The upgrade made all the difference. Seeing the full scale of the production: the elaborate stage design, immersive lighting, and intricate visuals from the floor was an entirely new and exhilarating experience.

While the Boston show was fantastic, being immersed in the crowd energy and right up close to the action elevated the entire night. The SWEAT TOUR launched on September 14th at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit before heading north for two Canadian dates.

The tour has since blazed through major U.S. cities including Columbus, New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, and Nashville, with more stops still to come before wrapping on October 23rd at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle.

What made this show special was its seamless blend of solo sets and collaborative moments. The night flowed naturally between the two artists, creating an exciting back-and-forth dynamic that kept the energy sky-high from start to finish.

Troye Sivan opened with smooth confidence, delivering standout performances of “Got Me Started,” “What’s the Time Where You Are?,” “My My My!,” “In My Room,” “Dance to This,” “Rager Teenager!,” “Bloom,” “One of Your Girls,” “Silly,” “You,” “Stud,” “Honey,” and “Rush.”

Charli XCX brought her signature Brat attitude and chaotic club energy, tearing through hits like “360,” “Von Dutch,” “Club Classics,” “Unlock It,” “Sympathy Is a Knife,” “Guess (remix),” “Boys,” “Girl, So Confusing (remix),” “Everything Is Romantic,” “Speed Drive,” “Apple,” “365,” “Vroom Vroom,” “1999,” “Track 10,” and “I Love It.”

Special guest Shygirl added her distinct edge to the “365” remix, while the duo closed the main set with a strong run before returning for a powerful encore with the “Talk Talk (remix).” The production and visuals were next-level, and the sound system made every beat hit hard.

From the sing-alongs to the moments of pure club chaos, the SWEAT TOUR stop in Atlanta proved to be one of the most exciting concerts of the year. Charli XCX and Troye Sivan aren’t just performing, they’re creating a full sensory experience that leaves audiences buzzing long after the lights come up.
