Selena Gomez is giving us everything we need to kickstart our week and we are so here for it. The icon announced that a new product would be joining the Rare Beauty family, and it drops this week! The new Soft Pinch Tinted Lip Oil, which drops on March 30th at 12AM PST, retails at $20 and comes in eight different shades. Fans can also access an early-shop to the Tinted Lip Oil exclusively on the Sephora app on 03/29 at 12AM PST.
Speaking exclusivley with ELLE.com, Selena spilled and shared her excitement behind the upcoming launch. “When applied, it goes on like a jelly but transforms into a hydrating formula. It’s special!,” Selena shared. Sel also teased that the product is “unlike anything I have experienced in a lip oil.”
She continued, “The formula took two years to develop because it’s such a unique texture in a variety of shades—getting the right shades is always really important in our development process.” Selena’s current favorite shade? “Happy!,” she says. “It’s so fun and bright (I’m wearing it in the campaign) and it’s inspired by one of my favorite liquid blush shades.”
