It’s finally here. The story, the sound, the soul of The Boss.
Today marks the release of Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere, the first authorized biopic of Bruce Springsteen’s life, and one of the most anticipated films of the year.
Directed by Scott Cooper, the film dives deep into the creation of Springsteen’s haunting 1982 album Nebraska, a record that stripped away the glitz and glory of fame to expose the quiet, complex layers of a man searching for redemption.

Starring Jeremy Allen White in what’s already being hailed as the most transformative role of his career, the film traces Springsteen’s emergence from one of his darkest psychological chapters into a personal and artistic rebirth.
White, known for his raw, layered performances in The Bear and The Iron Claw, brings that same emotional precision to the screen here, embodying a young Bruce not through imitation, but through pure spirit.
The music, with a soundtrack produced by Dave Cobb, is just as remarkable. It features performances from White himself, along with Jake Kiszka and Sam F. Kiszka of Greta Van Fleet, reimagining Springsteen’s stripped-down acoustic grit for a new generation.

A few songs from the movie are already out now, and fans can preorder the full soundtrack on CD and vinyl ahead of its December 5th release via Columbia Records.
Deliver Me From Nowhere isn’t just a biopic, it’s a meditation on artistry, isolation, and the beauty of starting over. It captures the quiet ache that made Nebraska so timeless, with cinematography that feels as raw and intimate as the record itself.
Jeremy Allen White continues to prove that he’s one of Hollywood’s most magnetic forces, channeling Bruce’s darkness and light with every note, every silence, every flicker of hope.
This film isn’t just for Springsteen fans. It’s for anyone who’s ever felt lost and still found the courage to begin again.
