Pop culture really just gave us a full-circle moment. Terror Jr and King Kylie have officially teamed up for a brand-new song, and honestly, it’s already iconic.
Flashback to 2016: Kylie Jenner drops what looks like a music video–style commercial for Kylie Cosmetics, and the internet collectively loses its mind trying to figure out who’s singing.
Some swore it was Kylie herself, while others went full detective mode, eventually uncovering the truth: the mysterious voice belonged to Terror Jr, a then-anonymous pop project.
The group instantly became a sensation, partly because of the mystery and partly because their sound? Completely ahead of its time. Kylie eventually denied being part of the group, but the cultural impact was already locked in.
Nearly a decade later, the collaboration we never thought would happen is here, and it feels so right.
For those who may not have kept up, Terror Jr has continued to carve out a lane entirely their own. The current duo, Lisa Vitale and David “Campa” Benjamin Singer-Vine, have released multiple albums and EPs, never following pop’s rulebook.
Their music is playful, boundary-pushing, and genuinely unlike anything else out there. If Britney, Charli, Slayyyter, and Miley had a pop baby? It would sound a little like Terror Jr.
They first revealed their identities after the release of their debut EP Bop City in late 2016, but they’ve always kept that original spark: mysterious, fun, and a little bit rebellious.
And now, teaming up with King Kylie brings everything back to where it began, with a sound that’s fresh, nostalgic, and totally electric.
