KING KYLIE IS BACK.
This weekend, Kylie Jenner teased what many fans have been waiting for… and today, she fully revealed the return of her iconic King Kylie era with a brand-new collection for Kylie Cosmetics.
“This King Kylie Collection is truly for you!!! You’re the reason my biggest cosmetic dreams came true, and I wouldn’t be here… 10 years later! without your support,” Kylie wrote on social media.
The announcement came via Snapchat, which feels especially fitting. Not only was Snapchat the place where Kylie ruled social media in her teen years, but the platform also teamed up with Kylie Cosmetics for the packaging.
Inspired by one of Snapchat’s most recognizable lenses, the classic dog-ear filter, the box pays homage to the golden era of King Kylie.
“Snapchat will always feel like home to me,” Kylie said in a statement. “It’s where I first really got to talk to my fans and share my life in real time — all the big moments, the little ones, everything. I’ve captured so many memories there, and I’m so excited to be back to celebrate 10 years of Kylie Cosmetics with everyone who’s been part of this journey.”
The collection itself looks so good. Fans can expect four new liquid matte lipsticks with matching liners, a dazzling eyeshadow palette, three new lip glazes, and a “3 Strikes”-inspired powder highlighter. The shades are glittery, bold, and give exactly the unapologetic energy that defined Kylie’s early makeup reign.
Kylie also posted some iconic throwback merch photos from the original King Kylie era, so fingers crossed some of those accessories make a comeback. We need new Kylie phone cases yesterday.
“I’ve seen all your messages asking for a King Kylie collection, the fearless era that had a dream at just 17 years old! .. and that’s why I posted that tweet back in 2022. I wanted to give you exactly what you’ve been waiting for,” Kylie added. “From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being on this journey with me. I hope this collection makes you as happy as you’ve made me.”
