Actor Michael Provost has officially joined the cast of ABC’s upcoming drama 9-1-1: Nashville, and the world couldn’t be more excited. The series will premiere on October 9th at 9PM and stream the following day on Hulu.
Serving as the second spin-off of the hit 9-1-1 franchise (following 9-1-1: Lone Star, which wrapped in February 2025 after five seasons) 9-1-1: Nashville will explore high-stakes emergencies and personal drama set against the backdrop of Music City.
Provost joins an impressive ensemble that includes Kimberly Williams-Paisley, Chris O’Donnell, Hailey Kilgore, country icon LeAnn Rimes, Jessica Capshaw, Hunter McVey, and Juani Feliz.
Country music star Kane Brown is also set to make a special guest appearance, confirmed via the show’s official Instagram.
The series is a collaboration between 20th Television and Ryan Murphy Television, with executive producers Ryan Murphy, Tim Minear, and Rashad Raisani, who also serves as showrunner, alongside Chris O’Donnell, Brad Buecker, Brad Falchuk, and one of the most iconic 9-1-1 stars of all, Angela Bassett.
With its mix of emergency action, Nashville culture, and an all-star cast, 9-1-1: Nashville is shaping up to be one of ABC’s biggest premieres of the year.
