Rare Beauty is officially entering the fragrance world, and doing it in true Selena Gomez fashion: with heart, innovation, and a whole lot of intention.

Today, the brand launched Rare Eau de Parfum, its first-ever fragrance, a warm and spicy scent featuring standout notes of sandalwood, ginger, and pink pepper, layered with hints of caramel, pistachio, and vanilla. It’s bold yet comforting, a scent that feels like confidence.

But what sets this perfume apart goes far beyond the formula; it was created with accessibility in mind. The ergonomic bottle was co-designed with a hand therapist to ensure ease of use for anyone with limited mobility. A simple twist unlocks the bottle, allowing you to spritz with your palm or just one finger, whichever works best for you.

Rare Beauty also introduced a set of fragrance layering balms that allow for completely customizable scents. Available in four scent families: Amber Vanilla, Woody Oak, Floral Peony Blossom, and Fresh Bergamot. The balms can be worn alone or layered on top of the perfume to deepen and personalize your fragrance experience.

These layering balms make fragrance personal and fun,” Selena shared. “I love using them to match my scent to my mood… they completely change how a fragrance is experienced, adding a soft dimension.”

Rare Beauty continues its mission of inclusivity, self-expression, and redefining what beauty can look, and now smell like.
