If anyone knows how to craft the perfect summer anthem, it’s Machine Gun Kelly. The multi-platinum icon just dropped “Miss Sunshine,” the third official single from his upcoming album, “Lost Americana,” and it might be his most genre-blurring track yet.

Blending southern rock twang with a glossy pop polish, “Miss Sunshine” is bold, nostalgic, and effortlessly free-spirited. It’s the kind of song that makes you want to drive with the windows down and forget about everything for three minutes and thirty seconds.

The accompanying video, directed by longtime collaborator Sam Cahill, mirrors that mood with sun-drenched visuals, Americana aesthetics, and a euphoric dose of escapism.

We have LSD to thank for this one,” MGK wrote on socials when the video premiered, further proving he’s in an experimental, creatively liberated chapter.

Miss Sunshine” continues to build the sonic world of “Lost Americana,” MGK’s highly anticipated seventh studio album. If this and the previous singles are any indication, the project is shaping up to be a kaleidoscope of sound, bridging past and present with fearless confidence.

In true MGK fashion, there’s more. The artist just dropped info for his annual MGK Day weekend in Cleveland, Ohio; a three-day celebration of music, community, and his hometown legacy.

He’s also set to headline two major upcoming events: the 30th Anniversary Vans Warped Tour in Orlando (Nov 15th–16th) and the Formula 1 Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix (Nov 20th–22nd), where he’ll take over the Mobile Zone at Sphere Stage.

While no tour dates have been announced just yet, rumors have been swirling that the icon will announce a tour to support the album in the next few weeks.

There’s no doubt that “Lost Americana” is going to hit hard, heal loud, and remind us why MGK remains one of music’s most daring voices.
