Last night, Kesha made history, and she did it on her own terms.
Performing to a completely sold-out Madison Square Garden crowd, the pop icon delivered a career-defining show full of raw emotion, glitter, and power. And the best part? She did it all as an independent artist.

At one point, the crowd erupted into a five-minute standing ovation, a moment that clearly moved Kesha and left fans (and us) emotional. Videos of the moment show her taking it all in; teary-eyed, humbled, glowing.
Fans took to social media to share their thoughts, with one writing on X, “Kesha’s MSG show was honestly the best ever concert I’ve been to!!! So many thoughts but super tired and will share tmrw hehe.”
Ahead of the show, Kesha shared a heartfelt post featuring flowers she received from longtime friend and fellow pop star, Cassie. “Thank u Cassie. Love you sweet girl, my good luck angel for MSG,” she wrote.
It was a touching nod to their friendship, and a full-circle moment of support as Kesha stepped onto one of the world’s biggest stages.
From start to finish, Kesha looked radiant, sounded flawless, and made it clear that no record label, no corporate machine, no middleman is needed when the talent and connection to fans is this real.
Tonight, she brings that same magic to a second sold-out show, this time in Mansfield, MA. And with the way this tour is going, it’s safe to say: you do not want to miss it.
