Jesse is pulling back the curtain in one of his most personal videos yet.
In a new video that took over two weeks of preparation and journaling, Jesse opens up about everything: dropping 70 pounds, keeping the weight off, building a healthy relationship with food, loving the body you’re in, and (maybe most importantly) enjoying life fully, no matter where you are on your journey.
“Take what you want from it, and hopefully it inspires some of you all,” Jesse says humbly, letting fans know that this is not about strict rules or quick fixes, it’s about finding what works for you.
Jesse shares real, sustainable tips that have helped him maintain his 70-pound weight loss, focusing on moderation, self-awareness, and mental discipline.
This video goes beyond just fitness. He vulnerably discusses working on relationships with family and friends, referencing a recent moment when a “lone wolf” theme in a movie eerily mirrored a video he had just uploaded called Lone Wolf.
“I’m going to record no matter how I feel,” Jesse said. “I want to be really aware of when I’m getting down, I just want to be aware of my emotions so I don’t slide off the deep end.” His openness about mental health and emotional resilience is what truly makes him such an inspiring figure, not just for weight loss but for life.
Jesse also shared wisdom on criticism and breaking the mold. “One thing I’ve learned over the last few years of my life, when I’ve gotten hate on shit; the line of being hated or loved is when you’re creating something that’s breaking the mold in my opinion. If you’re just liked by everyone, what are you fucking doing?“
This level of honesty, grit, and self-awareness is exactly why so many people look up to him. As Jesse says: “Embrace the suck of it,” and honestly, we couldn’t agree more.
