Something Beautiful has officially arrived, and it’s everything Miley promised, and more.

The Grammy-winning pop icon dropped her latest studio album today, and fans are already calling it her most cinematic and emotionally rich work yet. Across thirteen brand-new tracks, Miley weaves fantasy, freedom, and fierce vulnerability into a sweeping sonic experience that feels both timeless and wildly modern.

The album arrives just days after Miley hosted an intimate fan event at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles on Tuesday, May 27th.

In true Miley fashion, she gave guests a taste of what’s to come, teasing that Something Beautiful is merely “the appetizer” for her next record. “It’s going to be extremely experimental,” she said with a smile. “So have fun with that.” Dead Petz energy? Perhaps, but make it elevated.

In a move that continues her visual forward evolution, Miley will also release a feature-length film to accompany the album, premiering next week at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City (June 6th). According to the official synopsis, the film is “fueled by fantasy… a one-of-a-kind pop opera featuring thirteen original new songs from the Something Beautiful album.”

And yes, if you want the full experience, you can catch the immersive visual album in theaters (for one night only) on June 12th in the U.S. and June 27th internationally. Tickets are already going fast, so grab yours while you can.

At a special screening of the film with Spotify earlier this month at Metrograph in NYC, Miley shared what this project means to her: “This album has to start with me loving it,” she said. “And then the love that I have for it, whether you know it or not, it’s gonna be coming through the speakers when you’re listening.”

Spoiler alert: it is. Something Beautiful is bold, introspective, and classic Miley serving up pure pop power with theatrical flair, soul-stirring lyrics, and enough edge to keep you on your toes.

Miley is back, bitch!
