I have to admit, after a workout or a swim I always want to make a quick smoothie! I have always loved making them and drinking them since I was a kid so, here are the best smoothie recipes that I have made!

Khloé Kardashian’s- Almond milk with one Justin’s PB Pack, a banana, strawberries and blueberries.

Lea Michele’s- Three leaves of kale (destemmed and torn or chopped), one handful of spinach, 4 pieces of celery, the juice of two lemons, and a chopped up apple.

Banana Ginger- Banana, yogurt, honey, and ginger.

Strawberry Kiwi- Juice, banana, kiwifruit, strawberries, and honey.
